I have placed an grocery order on **st May at night time of * items with a total of ***/- & it was a prepaid order.
The time order arrived I was in the washroom so my maa received it & when i got out & checked the order there was just only one item out of * that i have ordered.
So i immediately went to the swiggy help desk & mentioned there about these missing items but they said that mail us regarding this complete issue so i mailed them at that moment only explaining the whole issue & now they reply saying we can't provide you the refund.
This is a clear fraud that they just did with me even if the amount was somewhat around ***-*** i would've let it go but it's ***/- & for me it's no joke & now feel like cheated & totally helpless.
So i kindly want you to share this issue with the swiggy officials & get me my refund ASAP
