Consignment number : GCBNG********* ; shipped from Bangalore (B-*** SBB Sapphire) on **-Aug-****; opted delivery after the storage to Hyderabad (Muppa Green Grandeur) on **-Nov-****.
Just to make a note both shipping and storage are insured. During the goods delivery which was happened on **-Nov-**** and APML staff opened all the cartoon boxes I hadn't found our marriage dresses which are belongs to my wife. The missing items are kanchi Pattu sarees of ** numbers, marriage bangles and bridal items.
I have reported the same issue to the delivery manager and I have reported by writing on the final bill copy.
Unprofessional behaviour of the APML storage and shipping executive : We were annoyed with the delivery executive when they were asked whether these items are really gone or not. It's completely unfair that an APML employee questioned the value of the items which were lost. Since we are earning professionals, we can afford those items. But we never expected these can be stolen in APML shipping and delivery.
Irresponsible behaviour of APML storage and shipping executive : I have initiated a ticket #******* about these missing items and I haven't received any call from the APML customer care team.
Personal Sentiments were hurted and ill treated : Above missing items are our memories of our marriage and due to this myself and my wife are deeply hurted. APMl team hasn't respected our emotions.
Finally I requested the APML team to please retrieve the missing items. Instead of finding the items and recover the insurance, they are ready to pay only **** INR.
This is completely cheating, unethical.
Please do the justice for us.
