Hi,
I had placed an order of Iphone ** in Amazon app on the first day of the great Indian festival on **th Oct **** for Prime members.
My order # - ***-*******-*******
During this sale there was an bank offer as mentioned below. Screenshot of the same is also attached.
Bank Offer:
**% instant discount up to Rs. **** on HDFC Credit card and EMI
Additional Flat Amazon pay cashback of Rs. **** on HDFC Credit cards and EMI on single transaction worth Rs ***** and Above
**% Instant discount of Rs. **** on HDFC Debit cards
I had made a payment with my HDFC credit card for which I got an instant discount of Rs. **** however the **** Rs cashback which was to be credited in my Amazon pay account within * days post the dispatch of the product as not yet been delivered.
I already reached out to Amazon customer care more than * times on this. Initially they requested to wait * days and this happened thrice and now they say this product was not listed for that offer.
For which I have already attached a proof where they clearly stated that **** cashback will be added on single transaction of ***** and above. I already paid the full amount after deducting the instant discount of ****. I am still waiting for the remaining cashback of Rs ****.
Never expected this from Amazon. They fooling customers by providing false information on the product page and after placing the order they tell a different story. They just playing the trap game on the customer during the festival season by making false promises. Really very disappointed with this during the festival season and spoiled my entire mood during the great month season and celebration.
I want you to take action for making false promise to gain benefits so that this is not repeated with anyone else.
