Whirlpool - Misleading brand label and unfair selling practices

I bought whirlpool ***L refrigerator on **th feb ****, Its wronhly labeled as convertible model but its not really convertible model, this is completely cheating and unfair practices to misdirect buyers, Convertible model is to use one of the compartment to use freezer and convertible for non freezer mode but in this fridge its labeled as convertible but does not have option to convert freezer yo non freezer, Customer care giving different explanation , Also, water collected needed to be removed manually, Waste product , company must be sued
