- Misguided about migration of prepaid to postpaid Closed
I was misguided about migrating prepaid to postpaid online, for which i travelled *** km and there was some issue with thereonline services. when i contact cutomer care multiple times they say they can't help i have to go to airtel office which is not possivle for me because of time restrictions. when i ask them to take complaint they are not taking my complaint also. the executive is misbehaving and saying you do what you want to do.
