Hi ..Me and my husband wanted to sell FORD ECOSPORT **** Diesel on the **th of June. The agent whom we transacted with informed that the vehicle will be sold on * to * weeks and the RC & ownership will be transferred within * weeks. After rigorous follow up they came back saying they have not promised any specific timeline to resale the vehicle and transfer ownership. Since we have bought another car now and we have to pay ***** extra for not get the old car RC transfer and it is still reflecting on my husband’s name. Despite of sending in numerable emails and tweets to their CEO nothing just worked. I have also asked them to send a proof of our signatures accepting terms and conditions, they sent a documented which was fabricated and generated last week. They withheld ***** rs of Peshi amount which was not yet released in our account.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
