Hello Team,
I fed up from internet services of airtel so i decided to PORT my no. in JIO. So i SMS to **** for PORT unique no. After that i receive a call from Airtel agent. Who was saying why you are PORT your no. There was some conversation. After that i asked him disconnect the call i tell you disconnect the call. I put my mobile aside. After few minutes he called me with his Personal no. and abuse me and saying why i am not disconnecting the call.
I complain against no. *** & *** but not any airtel agent help me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
