Vodafone Idea - Misbehavior by Vodafone Idea Vi store manager and deactivated my phone number

One of my Vi number was deactivated without intimation by email, sms and phone call since **/**/**** since then I have been trying to contact Vi customer care and they are not at all helping me in case and my number is registered under Mumbai Circle and we have moved to Gujarat since one year.

After constant calls they told me to visit a store and they will activate the number. Now I visited the store in Gandhinagar and explained them the problem all male staff were rude and they wanted a physical fight with me instead of solving the problem they were telling me talking talk outside the we will show who we are. This kind of staff Vi is appointing.

Address of store: - Suman towers, sector **, Gandhinagar.

I want my number to be activated and need a compensation of misbehavior done by the Manager and his staff and want him to be suspended. I cannot travel to Mumbai to solve this problem and if still they insist me to visit Mumbai I am ready to travel if the company provide me to and fro traveling expenses.

They say that there are more than * number registered on my name and not even ready to give me any details.
