Vodafone Idea - Network issue in especially indoors

I have been facing severe internet connectivity problems with Vodafone Idea (Vi) for almost a year. The major issues are:

Slow internet speeds, especially indoors.

Complete disconnection near windows.

Occasional disconnection even outdoors.


Despite filing several complaints with Vi customer support over the past months, no improvements have been made. This issue has affected my work and personal activities significantly. I am requesting an urgent resolution to this matter, or I will be forced to take further action.

Please escalate this issue to the appropriate authority within the company and ensure a technician visit to resolve the problem.
