I have family plan of **** activated on my number. But I asked VI store to delink my all number n allow me to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid. They de link only * numbers i asked them de link all n let me port out to another service provider coz I am facing network issue in my area. Just bcoz i am porting my numbers VI not allowing de linking numbers n even nit converting my number to other lower plan. I am still paying **** bill for * numbers only when this pack is for * members . Customer care not supporting me. Store employee is arrogant and not responsive. What to do now?
