I have booked a consignment from Snapdeal who have sent thru ecom express vide AWB**********. Yesterday I got a call from the courier boy asking me to collect the consignment from their warehouse as he is unable to deliver the item coz he has motorcycle. I told him since I have place the order for home delivery then he told me to cancel the order. Coz of his inefficiency why should I cancel the order without any valid reason and immediately take-up the matter with you as well as Snapdeal. Today also I got a call from the courier boy again giving excused for delivery. What all these are going on. If you do not have the proper infrastructure you shouldn't take the responsibility. This negligence not only harassing the poor customer but also damaging the reputation both Snapdeal and Ecom express. Frankly speaking I lost faith on Snapdeal.
