Drs Dilip Roadlines Pvt Limited - Microwave rice cooker and crockery damaged

I had booked DRS DILIP Roadlines (Agarwal Packers Pvt Ltd) on **th May'**** to ship my goods from Hyderabad to Bangalore. I was given a quote of **,*** INR which was higher compared to other service providers on a promise that the goods will not be clubbed with other customer's goods and there will be a dedicated for the transportation of my goods. I relocated to Bangalore for a new job and had asked them to store the goods with them in their warehouse for approximately a month for which they were charging me *** INR per day. Last week on the *st of July I called the Movers and asked them to deliver the goods to me on the *th of July since I had found a house to rent out. When the vehicle came to my surprise it was loaded with a lot of stuff which was clearly not mine and they cheated when they were supposed to send a dedicated vehicle. While they were unpacking I saw that my microwave was broken. The front glass was shattered & there was dent. The other items that were broken was a vintage glass tray. I humbly request the consumer forum to help me get a refund on the amount for the Microwave ***** INR and for the difference of the amount which I had paid for the dedicated vehicle which is approximately **** INR I am attaching the images for your reference.
Mr Kuldeep from the claims department does not seem to be helping at all. I have to call him multiple times for him to answer the call. I had told him that I would go the consumer forum and he takes it really very lightly.
