Drs Dilip Roadlines Pvt Limited - Requested claim amount not offered

Out of ** items that were transported from Chennai to Pune through DRS Dilip Roadlines Packers and Movers * items were either in damaged or repairable condition. Fortunately, I had insured all my items. First of all, they committed to deliver the items in * days after which only I decided to use their service even after knowing that the charges were double compared to others. But they delivered the items only after ** days. On top of this * of my items were found to be damaged for which they committed to send the insurance surveyor in * days but the person visited only after ** days after repeated follow-ups. My actual claim was ***** Rs but they were ready to offer only **** Rs after ** days. I asked for the explanation from them on what criteria they had arrived at this amount. No response from their side since then. I have been following this up with them since **nd August but all in vain. I even agreed to reduce my claim from ***** Rs to **** Rs which is nothing but my actual expenses for the repairs. Even after this, the response from their side is very poor. I would like to register my grievance here for their lack in service and failing to my actual claim and expecting Voxya to help me in getting the justice for the mental harassment and the sufferings I went through all these days.
