I have booked a consignment vide GC number -******* from Kolkata to Hyderabad booked from Kolkata as on **/**/****. On unpacking it is found that the new LED TV, Microwave ,OTG and crockeries have been damaged severely. I have tried to contact the Customer care and they have provided me the number of the claim Dept of Hyderabad and they in turn gave me two numbers one of which says that it is a wrong person (**********) and the other is switched off (Mr.Ravi Kumar -**********)since long time.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
