I Had Ordered A TV From Mi.com Agter * Days It Got Delivered To Me Due To COVID-** They Denied Me To Install It So I Unboxed The TV And My Product Was Damaged From Inside There Is No Physical Damage But Screen In Broken From Inside. After Asking For Replacement Xiaomi India Customer Care Service Said That It Was Unboxed By You We Can't Do Anything Your Warranty got Void. This Is The Value Of Our Hard Earned Money.
It's a cheating, if you can't send your installation guy then why are you delivering the parcel in that area.
