Subject - Complaint Regarding Service Experience at Xiaomi Service Centre
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided at the Xiaomi Service Centre located at E-**, Chand Bagh Colony, Main Waziabad Road, Opp. Bhajanpura Petrol Pump, NCR, Delhi-******.
On **th May, I brought my Motorola phone to the service centre due to an issue with its display. At that time, I was informed that it would take approximately one week to repair the device, and I was assured that I would receive a call once the repair was completed.
However, after waiting for a week, I visited the service centre to collect my phone, only to find that the issue had not been resolved. I was then informed by Saurav, the manager of the service centre, that it would take an additional *-* days to repair the device. This delay was already frustrating, but what compounded my dissatisfaction was the unprofessional manner in which Saurav communicated the timeline.
Furthermore, throughout this entire process, I have not received any updates from the service centre regarding the status of my phone or any progress made towards repairing it. This lack of communication has added to my frustration and disappointment with the service provided.
I understand that technical issues can sometimes arise, but I believe that the service centre should have handled the situation with more professionalism and transparency. As a customer, I expect timely updates and accurate information regarding the status of my device.
I kindly request that appropriate action be taken to rectify this situation promptly. I would appreciate it if my phone could be repaired as soon as possible, and I also expect better communication from the service centre regarding the progress of the repair.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a resolution to this issue at the earliest.
