ANKIT KATARE filed complaint against Xiomi MI on Aug 25, 2023
i have purchased MI LED ** Inch on **.**.**** which is under warranty period . On Registering Complaint through dealer service engineer visited from Global Service Center (Alok Ahuja) Panchvari Vastra Nagar, Jayendraganj, Gwalior(M.P) Manager Name -Suraj **********.
The engineer First Visited said the LED Needs an software Update for which an Certain Charges would be applicable on acknowledging the same i asked him to do the same then after updating the software * days after the request he said sir there is some fault in your panel which will be replaced & will take another ** days.
After that i said ok go ahead & replace the panel then after * days of waiting when i asked what is the status they said that your panel cant be changed as it is not in warranty !!!
I asked them why it is to so ?? As per my Purchase Invoice my product is under warranty how can you deny for the warranty & from then there is no repose from the local MI Service Team .
