- Mental torture did by the company Open
It's a long * month back when I porting my number from Jio to Airtel. The whole procedure of losing signals and getting signals on the new operator will take approximately ** minutes to * hour (activating the number in airtel).
But in my case, my number disconnected from the previous operator and become invalid for * days (on that * days not able to access the office system without OTP and losing huge amount) and after spending a long time at airtel store they managed to turn my number active after * days but only calls and SMS. From that day till today I am not able to access data on that number of data services is not provided to me till today. Daily they give new excuses and only mental torture. They daily told me that sir give us ** hours more that same thing they told me daily but not solving my problem daily I go to that airtel store regarding my problem but they ignore and asking the same things.
