Make my trip - Mental Harassment and Spoilt Vacation

I had done booking for The Zuri Sands and Resorts Goa for * rooms with * Adults and * Child for a day via MakeMyTrip. While choosing the option I have to give complete information about number of people for each room basis that the amount shown was on the higher side for rooms with child. Top of that MakeMyTrip also asked for age of child which we had clearly mentioned that it is ** years. However, while we asked for additional beds for kids, property and MakeMyTrip denied to provide the same and asked for additional money which is **** + taxes that too late at night which caused so much of inconvenience and kids had to suffer. No where it was disclosed that the additional amount would be charge for extra bed while booking the stay via MakeMyTrip.
On discussion with Floor Manager of MakeMyTrip, we have been informed that as a User we have to read the fine prints before booking the same and the price hike for adding the child details doesn't include the extra bed. They assume that * of us will able to sleep on king size bed which in general can accommodate only *. So ridiculous of them as they have guts to say the same while I was requesting for extra beds

It is just the difficult thing to read the fine prints before booking as the aggregators are so smart and with help of AI technology, simply increase the rate while you complete your entire booking.

It has caused so much of mental Harassment on my vacation. We came for vacation to give ourself mental peace and we got harassment. It has turned to pathetic service and money minting scheme for both the property and MakeMyTrip.

I would like to file an official complaint against the MakeMyTrip and would want my entire money back as my vacation is completely spoiled and we had suffered because of lack of transparency and hiding of critical information while booking the stay.
