SAGAR CHHABRA filed complaint against Meesho and Shadowfax Courier on Jul 25, 2023
I am a meesho seller. I keep on receiving all wrong return packets from Meesho *rd party courier service partner Shadowfax, for this, i have also complained to meesho many times by creating a ticket, but they rejected the request by saying that I have to accept the return whether it is wrong or not - if it is wrong then file a claim for reimbursement. Then when I am claiming reimbursement for the wrong return delivered they clearly denied the claim by whatever reason. Means they are behaving like GUNDAS that we will have to accept returns whether it is wrong or not and also they will not provide reimbursement for wrong.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
