Meesho and Shadowfax Courier - Wrong and defective product delivered

I purchased * product from above online company but due to wrong and defective product issue i requested for return the same. Meesho has not picked up the products even they have cancelled the return request ** times and pick up boy has not picked up the product Consumer several times contacted to Meesho and explained the deficiency of courier boy but they have not done needful and frequently delaying for collecting the product.They initiated the return but courier boy doesn't come to take the return .After * month meesho said that the product will not be able to be returned.
