I booked a medicine package to USA thru FedEx with tracking id ************ on **.*.****, but it isn't delivered.
On *.*.** i received a mail to provide the following for clearance:
-Legible invoice with the shipper and US importer listed
-Detailed description and usage
Along with the package the original prescription of the doctor with usage details was given. The original legible invoice was also given at the time of booking. The same was replied to FedEx.
Despite that the medicines were not delivered. On earlier occasions also we have sent the medicines in the same manner with the same documents through FedEx itself.
The medicines are still undelivered and the amount paid for the medicines and courier has gone waste. Also, i had to make alternate arrangements for sending the medicines to USA
