Booked Oyo ***** G capital (Booking ID - NH*P************ through MMT, hotel booking was not honoured and alternate arrangement made in a pick up joint my MMT. Multiple ways to reach them was futile and even there CEO was not sensitive to the ordeal. The lady traveller who went through this trouble almost had a medical condition / nervous breakdown.
