Dear Hyundai Management Team,
I am writing to express my extreme DISSATISFACTION with Hyundai since the purchase of my vehicle (Santro) in February ****. Firstly, purchasing a car from a Hyundai dealer was a TERRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL experience, and I am currently dealing with a manufacturing defect in my vehicle and a lack of effective resolution from your service centre.
Despite multiple visits to the service centre, the problem has not been resolved to my satisfaction, and it has been a considerable amount of time since my last visit. According to them, the problem exists in all Hyundai automobiles, which I am unable to comprehend as I also drive another Hyundai automobile with no problems.
The issue did not exist during the first three to four months. It began to occur after four to five months, and it took longer than five months for the service centre to recognise the problem. The issue is described below.
After *-* months of driving, the issue manifested itself for the very first time, with the vehicle losing acceleration in second gear, followed by a thud sound *-* times, and then regaining acceleration and functioning normally. The problem was initially infrequent, but it is now a daily occurrence, and your service centre employees claim that all petrol-powered vehicles have this problem (to my surprise I have driven almost more than * petrol cars in the last ** years and never faced this issue).
Second, the lock set was also defective and was replaced. Unable to comprehend how a brand-new automobile could be so defective.
The manufacturing defect is causing me significant daily inconvenience, and the frequent trips to the service centre are consuming a great deal of my time and energy. It is unacceptable that the service centre has been unable to find a permanent solution to the problem.
I've always been a proud Hyundai owner, and I've recommended your brand to friends and family. Nonetheless, this experience has left me frustrated. As a defective product was sold to me, I request that the manufacturer take immediate action and replace the car with a new one.
We anticipate a speedy resolution on the same.
