I purchased a brand new **" inch TV *K X**G Smart TV ** month ago at Best Buy for about *****/. I came downstairs about a week ago and turned it on and there was a tiny dead little fly or some type of tiny insect in almost the dead of the screen. I have lodge a complaint on dtd **.**.**** for replacement but still I don't received any satisfactory call or mail in this regarding if tv are designed to not allow bugs into the screen then how can't this particular TV be a manufactured defects and I want replace the TV . Technician also said that we saw this type of problem in fist time.
