Hi! I'm an online vendor of Herbal Products. We had received an order online on *nd March, **** from a customer in Mumbai. Order was shipped on *rd March, **** via an courier service Xpressbees with AWB *************** (Invoice Attached) through platform Shiprocket. Order was out for delivery on *th March Further there are two theories according to Seller and Shiprocket. Both are explained below:
According to Shiprocket & Xpressbess: * Attempts were made to deliver the product on different dates but customer refused to accept the order. Then the order was put in RTO and returned back to seller. (Tracking details attached)
According to Seller: Order was delivered on *th March in its *st attempt. A delivery boy of Xpressbees arrived with RTO to seller on *th May but Seller refused to accept because the packet was in bad condition and was manipulated. Then seller asked the customer and the Customer has confirmed the delivery.
