On **th feb **** I got my moto one vision from Flipkart. On the same day I found phone has some touch issue. I complaint within ** days to Flipkart.
Flipkart arranged engineer at my place, engineer also said that phone has sometimes touch issue. However on the job card engineer didn't mention that and Flipkart cancelled my replacement request.
Again, on the same day i requested for replacement as my phone issue is not resolved yet. After *-* days engineer re-visit my place and again he said phone has some issue and asked me to sign the job card. I refused to sign on job card and he said no problem and then again Flipkart cancelled my replacement request.
Now Flipkart is saying that they can't replace my phone. Kindly contact to Motorola Service Center.
