Vodafone Idea Limited - Making fool Vodafone idea postpaid

I am complaining against vodafone idea limited because they are not providing me proper network and services and i raised this complaint since * months but no solutions yet i got. Here second thing this company taking ***/- Rs penalty to every late payment charges if your bill is above ***/- so it charged **% extra or if ****/- so its **% extra. Third thing i used a value added services from this company "Menu maker application ".i charged it total * times but without any password how can they charged me and the company menumaker denied me that we charged only once so vodafone idea said to me that you used this service. So when the amount went? They totally talked with us like we are their servants and they are the boss. I becomes angry to this company more when i reached to the rajasthan dungarpur and company asked me to send an email to their complaint centre and we will removed the pre announcememt call from your number and the services will not be restricated. So i have to go some in emergency cases and company suddenly stopped my services even the customare care number was not connecting. I tired a lots from this all situation. I denied them to i will not pay your bill untill and unless you not solve my all problem and give me ***% justice from a customer.
