It has been more than a month i am waiting for the refund to be issued for the hotel Super Wydhan Nigara Falls Canada that denied entry at the checkin. It was such a inconvenience Makemytrip provided the confirmation NH************** and hotel denied entry at the time of Checkin. I had to book alternate hotel in the night for double the amount. I called and informed to the customer care same day. I have been following up through emails , they are giving a lame excuse of technical issue everytime and not refunding the money which is very unethical. I booked the hotel through Pay later option Simpl app and now they have been charging the interest as the due date to make the payment is passed. I already shared my international number with the MMT Customer they did not even have courtesy to call. I am unable to make international call and my india number is on roaming. I am really pissed off with their pathetic service and looking for my money to be refunded ASAP
