Hello Admin,
I have been using makemytrip.com for a few years now. . They're service used to be good till Feb ****. But, now they have become sloppy, their customer advisors have become arrogant and experience with them has just become horrible.
It's unbelievable that a simple issue like a refund for tickets can take so much time to process.
I've booked ticket for my wife and two sons using makemytrip on **th Feb ****, Air India flight which would be flying on *nd April **** from Rajkot-Delhi-Sydney. However, due to covid** lockdown, flight got cancelled.
I am keep asking my refund since then but no response from makemytrip. Feel cheated and harassed by them.
Can you please help to get that refund back?
