In year ****, i have booked air ticket on Make My Trip for round-trip journey from Doha to Mumbai
When Jet Airways cancelled their operations, i requested refund from Make My Trip for refund on **th April ****
MMT has not paid any amount despite many follow ups
They provide standard automatic reply on customer chat service and email
If company charges convenience fee for air ticket booking, then why should we not expect full refund from them
