- Make My Trip Blocked My Money In their My Wallet Closed
This is regarding cancellation of Booking IDs= NH************* & NH*************, When I was trying canceling by myself I was not getting the option to get the refund in my original payment mode so I had contacted Make My Trip Support and had a chat with their Support Expert (Chat Id: *****************) in the chat Support Expert has clearly communicated that If I choose to get a refund in MyWallet then "In My cash there is an option of Wallet Reversal, if I click on wallet reversal option then my refund which is credit in My Cash will be reversed and get credited in Original Payment mode .". After his words only I decided to cancel the booking and gave consent to him, immediately after *-**Mints I got a refund in my MMT MyWallet. But the option of transferring that money to Original Payment mode was not present. When regarding this I again contacted MMT Support they told now nothing can be done now and asked to contact after Lockdown ends.
If that’s the case then why Make My Trip Support executive told me that I can able to transfer MyWallet money to Original Payment Mode? and first of all Who gave Make My Trip rights to Block our money in their My Wallet?
Now, I am in very bad need and want a refund in my original payment mode so that I can utilize that money (credit) to tackle my current financial needs for purchasing medicines, groceries, for hospitalization, to pay utility bills, etc.
I have no plans to go anywhere (any trip) at least for the next * years so MyCash is of no use to me.
I request Make My Trip to take action asap and issue the refund in Original Payment Mode. Now, It’s a question of my survival.
Due to lack of money in hand if anything happens to us and what if we could not survive then who will be responsible?
