BRS maid services Bangalore - Maid Service Advance amount not refunded

We have availed the maid service for our new born babies we did reach out to Balu in the beginning and Pradeep had come to our place and collected the amount amount each both day and night shift service

They did give the service and after ** days the one of the maid left ...they have asked us to pay the salary and told that advance amount would be refunded after a month as per the their policy asked us to send an email and we got the response

After ** days another maid left and again they have asked us to pay the salary and initially we rejected that asked them pay from our advance amount and waited for a week , later Pradeep , Sharat and Balu called us and asked us to pay the salary and they would refund the amount within ** days as per the policy so we did

When the month got over they starting giving silly reason and avoiding our calls ..I went police station and whenever police makes a call they will say ..we will make payment by evening.....this is the same story from last ** days

Looks like these people are habitual cheaters and strict action should be taken on them
