BRS maid services Bangalore - I got cheated by BRS maid services bangalore

Hello,
I want to place an complaint on BRS maid services, #*, *nd cross, near pragaathi college,chikkabanavara, bangalore-******.

I contacted the above said agency to hire housemaid paying *****/-(refundable as told by Mr. Balu) and ****/- processing fee on the date of **/**/****.

They promised me providing the house maid within *kmts-*kmts radius from my home which is located in nelamangala in *-* days.

* people whom they sent for interview where not matching for our requirement and the one who agreed to come never turned up.

Moreover all the * candidates were from places far away from our home.
But they couldn't provide the service even after *-* days. By this time I was given one more contact person Mr, Kumar. But that also did not work.
Finally we hired someone from local area.
Once I wanted to terminate the agreement and wanted the full refund, they sent me an email saying they will refund as per agreement that also after repeated calls.

As the service was not timely, they never received the call when called,never met any timeline they promised I wanted full refund of *****/-and wanted to get an update from their accounts department/owner of the company. Once I asked for refund Mr. Balu as well as Mr.Kumar(who was handling after * days of signing with them) stopped receiving the call.
It is already now * months. I am unable to contact them over phone as both the no.s are not received.
I hope this platform will help me and resolve the issues.
I have also registered my complaint using whatsapp under national consumer helpline which says under process(Grievance number: *******)
