BRS maid services Bangalore - Brs maid service advance amount refund

We were looking out for a full time maid service to look after our newborn in Bangalore, I raised the request in online forums and Raju got my number and he contacted me and send his executives by name Sharath to our house in jnanabharathi and since we were not able to conclude the contract we asked them to provide *-* days of time but they want us to pay initial advance amount and later if service is not availed means they agreed to refund and we paid them through gpay. After few days when we concluded that to not to go with brs maid services , I asked for refund both Raju and Sharath told it will be refunded in few days and it's been ** days still no refund has happened. They avoided my calls and even when I told them that I will lodge a police complaint no response from them . I even email them on refund request and yet again no response. Please be aware of this guys and don't waste your hard earned money. Anyways I will lodge a police complaint and let me wait for their response after the legal complaint.
