Magicbricks - Magicbricks com Titaniun Pro service

I posted my property (*BHK flat) on magicbricks.com stating it is available for rent.

Post that, I received a call from the Magicbricks team requesting to activate the Titanium Pro package service. They committed that I'll receive more responses with higher visibility and a free photoshoot option along with customizing description service.

I paid INR **** to activate the service. until I make the payment, I received multiple calls regarding the activation of the service.

after the payment was made to magicbricks, no proper response. my flat is located in Bangalore. however, they stated in the portal that it is in the Hyderabad location ( Property Id: ********). I followed up multiple times to correct my location and photoshoot. Even I tried to correct the details myself and update the photos which I took. I am unable to.

their customer care team & their response are pathetic. even I tried multiple times, no proper response and resolution. even I am unable to modify the details in the property list or deactivate the service.

if you are reading this review, do not activate the service. it will be a waste of money and time. no proper support/service you will receive.
