My aged parents stay alone in NOIDA. I purchased for them a KORYO *.* KG semi-automatic washing machine on **.**.****, to take care of their daily laundry requirements. The machine was working fine until **.**.**** when the machine stopped working. A complaint was registered with the customer care and the complain number was provided as ************. A vendor technician was sent who checked and gave a report that the motors have to be replaced and he will ask for the spare motors from the company before he can come and replace the same. Since then I have been making numerous calls to the customer care and every time I am told that the spares have not arrived. I have to get the clothes of my aged parents washed and LAUNDERED from outside which has cost me to the time of Rs **,***/- to date. I have sent numerous email reminders to the customer care center but no action taken. It is sad to say that such companies can behave in this manner when they have a commitment to warranty but do it want to adhere to the commitment causing pain and suffering to people like us. I would rather say it is the culture of the company which allows the people working there to behave like this. I have written to the customer care that this would be taken to a conclusion by moving to the consumer court for settlement.
