Yatra.com - Luring customers about price protection with banners and with misleading information

Dear Sir,

Booked flight for my aunt on *th June **** for the travel of hyd to Newyork and also return.

I booked through yatra.com as I got attracted to their banner promotion of price protection which is nothing but misleading and hiding the important facts under terms and conditions.

After I booked price got reduced by *****/- compared to the amount which I paid i.e *****/-

When I spoke to their Customer services regarding price protection over telecon and requested them to refund the amount....they simply said they are comfortable giving that amount in E cash which has usage restrictions of * to **% of total amount of future transactions.

Ecash can be earned even for each referral which can not be considered as a cash.

Price protection in terms of ecash is useless and it is known to anyone who is versatile in doing online transactions.

So I understood that they are simply misleading customers by their banner adverts with out ethics and values.

So requesting you to do the needful.
