Airtel Thanks Application - Lpg Cylinder amount paid using Airtel App amount paid cylinder not booked

I used the airtel app to pay LPG cylinder bill on **st August ****, **.** am.The amount was debited from my account but was not booked cylinder.I called the airtel cc and got an answer that they have no such transaction id in their records and asked me to contact the bank. When i contact Bank they also said we are not responsible for that.so kindly help me.
