Yatra does not provide any way to contact their customer care. Numbers are hidden and extremely obscure. I wanted to upgrade my tickets and I wasnt able to upgrade using yatra platform. I called them and asked to upgrade but their system was down and due to that I was not given an upgrade for *-* days. So then prices kept shooting up. I upgraded my child's ticket directly from Air India for *.* lacs while I had to pay almost *.** lacs to upgrade my ticket just because of Yatra's system was down. I have various emails from their end showing when I upgraded.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
