Hi, This is Pragati Gupta filing complain against Vodafone. I have been using vodafone postpaid number ********** since * years. In Oct month i made Advance payment of ***rs. The amount *** rs was paid from different different merchant. *** rs paid two times i.e. *** rs on *th Oct from Niki merchant using paypal voucher. *** rs paid from amazon. There was some validity date of paypal voucher. To enquire about to get refund of advance amount from vodafone i sent an email on **th Oct and got call from executive on **th Oct. On call i got to know that refund amount will be processed in orginal mode of payment for which i was not ready so i asked executive not to take any action keep my payment as an advance and it will get adjust month on month basis and call disconnected. But *n **th Nov in evening i got the message from vodafone that refund request has been initiated immediately i sent an email to cancel this request but executive said refund has been initiated. Merchant Vodafone and Niki took too much time to provide refund in paypal account becuase paypal team is not allowin g me to use that refunded amount as per them the vailidity of the voucher has expired. Please help me on this i have lost ***rs without my fault. Noone is accepting their fault and providing resolution.
