I had chosen stashfin credit builder loan . pail *** as login application fee. and paid **** rs each for * months. in *st month they released *** rs to my bank account and said will release the remaining **** rs after compleating * emis. i had finished paying all * emis in time. paid last emi on *th may **** got a message they will disbuss the balance **** in * working days. i had raised a request asking to release my **** after waiting for * days. ticket number is *******. from then, there is no response from customer support . just sending our representative is working on your issue * times a day. there is no customer care number. before paying they had end message like, *** late fee each day and interest on outstanding balance will be added on missing emi payment . if same thing apply for them they have to pay me back my **** and interest and late fee. frustrated about no response from stashfin
