Stashfin Akara capital - Applying for Loan amount loan amount not disbursed but bill date generate with out disbursed loan

My Name is Nilay Mazumder on **th may i applied loan amount of **k from stashfin due to technical issues amount was not credited in my bank account,but in app it's deducted from my app..Asap i raised ticket in stashfin customer care they informed me that with in ** hrs there executive will call me but after * days they call me and told me that within **-** hrs issue will be resolved but it won't resolve till now, I try to connect them but I'm unable to connect with them,Yestarday one of there executive called me told me to share the bank statement from **th may to **th may but i can't share due while trying mail to them from my mail id they replied my mail id is not registered what supposed i do, Again i Raised ticket to connect them they not even bother about my issue. Kindly help me through
