I was disbursed a loan of **k INR in October ****. Within a few days they did a chargeback for the full amount citing "wrong imps transaction."
Since then have not been able to get this fraudulent chargeback withdrawn from their side. Have also had to pay off the loan + interest this whole time (loan was paid off on April **, ****.)
Trying to get support from them is a disgusting experience. If they call back, they call just once, if my line is busy they will NOT CALL BACK AGAIN, and instead I receive an email saying "please update your number."
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
