Joydip Kar filed complaint against Axis Bank on Mar 7, 2020
INR * Lakhs Personal Loan credited to my account and around *k INR debited from my credit card without my consent.

Some people called me from axis bank for a loan of * lakh which I said yes at that time. It was may be first week of Feb, ****. But they later informed me that for some technical reason my card was blocked and it was not possible for them to process the loan. And they then told me that they need to re-initialize the whole process from the beginning.
I said it is okay. I dont need it now. Everything fall silent after that.
Around last week of Feb, **** I got a call from another person of Axis Bank. He said that he can re-initialize the process if I say yes to that. I said 'no' politely. But that guy continued to try to impress me with this and that, but every time I said 'sorry'. I demand a call record verification for the same.
I was travelling in metro railways at that time and the call got disconnected automatically. I did not bother about that anymore.
Suddenly today (**/**/****) I find an sms after returning home that my savings account has been credited to INR *Lakh and they have deducted INR *k (approx) as processing fee.
I am a salaried person of **k per month. I dont want that loan. I have nothing to do with that.
I respectfully beg you revert the whole process and deduct INR *Lakh and return my *k processing fee immediately.
