Axis bank - Started Receiving scam calls after issuing rupay credit card from axis bank

I have taken up on the offer of issuing a rupay credit card, i did it from the official axis bank app, however i received a call to buy a package of * nights free travel, **% discount on any purchase from credit card and many more perks just for ****₹ however they did not specify that they were from axis bank but specified that they were from services department and i have received this call because i got a credit card, i denied i want to buy services, after a day i received call from this number +** ***** ***** stating that i have to pay *****₹ for cancellation charges.
I think axis bank itself is selling customer data or there is a leak.
