Axis Bank - Balance is in Negative

Actully , I had purched something from amazon via paylater, and the autopay was on, but I had a lack of money that's why I was unable to pay, on that time, hence the axio added the intrest, it is fine , I understand, but my axis bank told me that I have to pay panelty against it of ****, and they had mark my account balance in negative, after asking to the costomer care, they are shouting me like why I have not paid to the axio, but only I had to pay approx **** to the axio, but Axis bank is asking about approx **** due to check bounce, I don't think this is acceptable, I had paid now to axio with ***Rs, Intrest , but I don't wanna pay **** to the axis bank... can somebody help, if the total loan amount of axio is **** and axio is taking intrest as well of *** then why Axis bank is asking for ****, wrost experience every, on Feb I think ,they had also cut **** from my bank account, I am not so rich to give them **** again for the check bounce,
