No signal is from *.*.** but due to network and electricity problem complaint at customer centre was registered on **.*.** but till date, no technician visited or resolved the problem. I have contacted customer care executive more than ** times. I have also written to their CEO thrice but in vain. Now they are saying that their local service centre at Bhubaneswar closed my complaint saying that my problem is resolved. I called the area managers more than ** times but they never responded. Without coming to my house they resolved the problem whereas I am still facing the same signal problem. I complain the same to their CEO and customer care but till date, nothing has bèn done to resolve my problem even after passing ** days.
But dish tv is very particular in deducting amount per day from my recharged amount. What is this practice? There is no one to listen to my problem in dish tv so I am putting this before this forum hoping for some solution. I am so disgraced that I advise to all that no one should opt for dish tv.
