- LG water purifier not working Open

Have brought the LG water purifier on Nov -**-****
Once the installation completed..the service person told that water pressure is not there and he said that we need to keep pressure pump near our water tank and he went..on the next day,as per the service person advice, we connected with plumbers
They said water pressure pump is needed only for flats or any other big buildings..not needed for our house (only ground floor)..
And after we called lg customer care and said the fact what the plumber informed us..they sent another service person and the machine didn't work..Days passed..still now purifier is not working..
We are not getting single drop of water from the purifier..And buying the mineral water can and drinking.
We have spent ***** bucks to buy this purifier..But spending daily ** bucks to drink water which really very bad.no one should face this kind of situation..
I have already made **+ complaints and ***+ phone calls.. Nothing has happened..It makes us worries a lot..I went in to depression totally..I have taken loan to buy this purifier..Still paying the interest for this purifier..
Hope you understood this..
This is last complaint I am gonna write on this.Atleast this machine either should work or I need my money back..
If I am not getting any reply or any further step on this..my action is to file customer complaints against this company.
