WE PUCHASED WATER PURIFIER MODEL NO WW***EP, AS PER THE COMPANY INFORMATION,FOR EVERY THREE MONTHS THEY HAVE TO REPLACE FILTER CATRIDGE,BUT THEY DID NOT REPLACE IT SAYING THAT YOU ARE IN RED ZONE. WE ARE RESIDING IN MADHURA NAGAR WHICH IS NOT RED ZONE
